We all learn best when we are happy and supported, challenged and encouraged. At James Bateman we strive to make sure learning is enriching and enjoyable. We work with every pupil to nurture their individual abilities and to equip them for success, both academically and in terms of life skills.

    Year 6 Easter Egg competition entries It was a very difficult decision with some wonderful and very inventive ideas! Winner - Oliver 2nd place - Imogen 3rd place - Emmie All entries received a certificate and crème egg with the top 3 winning an Easter egg.

    Final Special Mentions Assembly – Spring Term What an incredible way to finish the term at James Bateman Middle School! Today's Special Mentions Assembly was a real celebration just look at how many pupils were recognised for their hard work, kindness and positive attitude. We are so proud of the effort shown across the school this half term, and it's fantastic to see so many pupils achieving and being celebrated.
