Our brilliant Year 7 DT students have been getting creative and hands-on by repurposing Pringles tubes into fully working lights! As part of their Design & Technology project, students explored sustainability and learned how everyday items can be transformed into something both functional and beautiful. Using recycled Pringles tubes as the base, they designed and built their own lamps complete with a working electrical circuit! From measuring and cutting, to wiring their circuits safely and testing their designs, the students demonstrated fantastic problem-solving skills, creativity, and resilience throughout the project. We are so proud of their enthusiasm and the impressive final results. A great example of innovation, sustainability, and practical learning in action well done Year 7!

5SLF have been hard at work crafting some beautiful mixedmedia leaf artworks! They've experimented with oil pastels, waxresist effects, and stickandink markmaking to layer texture, pattern, and vibrant colour. Their concentration, imagination, and pride have really shone through. The final pieces are wonderful a brilliant showcase of their growing artistic talent.
